L'appartement en lui même est très sympathique, en revanche pas de volet, juste des stores aux fenêtres et celui de la chambre qui ne fonctionne pas, résultat, on a le plaisir de se lever avec la lumière du jour. Pas de quatrième coussin, nous étions 4 ... dommage. Et il a fallu réclamer le code wifi à l'agence de location, les infos n'étaient pas sur place. La résidence est nickel, à 10 mn en voiture du centre de Lugano. Un parking privatif sous l'immeuble avec des télécommandes pour y accéder.

Clean and amenities

− There is no AC + there are no curtains (the electric curtain in the room didn’t work and the host never replied). In summer it gets really hot and is hard to sleep after 5am when the light comes in

− The automatic blinds did not work, we notified the host and they told us they could only fix them after the weekend (we were leaving on Sunday). We had to sleep with all the light of the sun coming out at 5.30 am. Moreover, no shampoo/foam in the apartment, which is something that could be expected given the high price charged, and no proper AC.

The room was comfortable and secure. Fully functional kitchen. Nice television. It would've been nice to have better

Clean, complimentary prosecco, secure property in a nice location.

− No WiFi code was available until I contacted management for password. No air conditioning during unseasonably hot days. Curtains are too thin and do not provide enough sun shade or privacy. No bathroom soap.
