It was an extremely inconvenient and stressful experience, especially as a foreigner arriving in Geneva without a local SIM card. If you’re in the same situation, be prepared to be stranded outside. Luckily, I bought a SIM card at the airport. I spent an hour trying to find the place – there are no signs or any indication that this is a hotel. I called the number provided, but no one answered. Eventually, I received a WhatsApp message asking me to pay a transport tax before they would even tell me the room number. After paying, they told me to download an app to open the door to the apartment. So with all my luggage, I spent nearly two hours just trying to get inside. They never sent me anything to actually use public transport, even though I paid for it. There was no cleaning during my stay, although I also paid for cleaning. This was by far the worst accommodation experience I’ve had. I do not recommend this place at all. The bed was comfortable. Location was great. Apartment was huge. Good separation between cooking, living and sleeping quarters.

− Didn’t get wifi for days because after hours was completely uncontactable for days, never responded to calls, which cost me hundreds in roaming data and calls. No wifi code until day 4. I am furious as I needed to be able to work in the weekend before my meetings and had to pay exorbitant fees. One tiny hotel size of soap and one toilet roll, dishwashing tablets and dish washing liquid soap. I had to go and buy my own, which meant I bought more than I needed for my stay, couldn’t travel home with it and had to leave. Seems more efficient to just supply what I needed for a two week stay and charge me? No face cloths for the bathroom, no other cleaning products available, like some kind of spray for the kitchen and/or bathroom. I was there for 2 weeks, they must know it needed cleaning in that time.

Beautiful apartment. A miscommunication for the keys but it was resolved. I found it extremely cheap that they ask us to buy and pay ourselves for extra toilet paper. We found the apartment (4 days rental for 2 people) with half a roll

Very clean and comfortable with everything needed provided apart from a bread knife!

Location very good providing easy access to lake, station and trams.

− Lack of instructions for equipment.
