9.0Super hotel, bien situé. Personnel très sympatique ! Très bon petit dejeuner. Nous sommes venus avec notre labrador d'un an, c'était notre première expérience à l'hotel avec lui et tout s'est très bien passé.
Es war ein toller Aufenthalt.
9.0Wir hatten ein Zimmer-Upgrade. Das Zimmer war gross und sehr bequem. Das Hotel ist sehr modern eingerichtet und geführt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufgestellt. Die Haltestelle vom Postauto ist direkt vor dem Hotel.
− Die hölzernen Liegestühle im Freien waren nicht wirklich bequem.
La domòtica al servei de les persones
10.0Vam escollir aquest hotel per la seva proximitat amb St. Moritz i amb les principals visites que teníem previstes fer per la zona. Abans d’arribar ja vam tenir el primer contacte amb la filosofia de l’establiment: ens van proposar fer el check-in en línia i, un cop completat, vam rebre un codi QR que seria la clau per agilitzar tota l’arribada. Només entrar, ja queda clar que aquí la tecnologia està pensada per facilitar les coses. Les portes s’obren automàticament i el procés de registre és gairebé autònom: amb uns ordinadors, un lector de QR i l’assistència d’un membre del personal, vam validar l’arribada, pagar les taxes locals i obtenir les targetes d’accés a l’habitació i als espais comuns. Tot senzill, ràpid i molt ben organitzat. L’habitació mantenia aquesta mateixa línia: àmplia, lluminosa, impecablement neta i amb un gran llit molt confortable. Les vistes al poble i, sobretot, la tranquil·litat absoluta de l’entorn garantien un descans perfecte. El bany, espaiós i ben distribuït, tenia el WC separat de la zona de dutxa, equipada amb dos sistemes d’aigua i dispensadors de gel i xampú. L’esmorzar és un altre exemple d’aquesta filosofia pràctica. Tot està pensat perquè el client sigui autònom: des de preparar ous bullits al punt desitjat fins a batre uns ous i deixar que una màquina s’encarregui de convertir-los en uns ous remenats acabats de fer. La resta del bufet és variat, equilibrat i molt ben dimensionat: no hi falta res, però tampoc hi ha excessos innecessaris. Un concepte modern, eficient i alhora acollidor. Un hotel on la tecnologia no substitueix el confort, sinó que l’ajuda. Una sorpresa molt agradable al cor de l’Engadina.

10.0Das offene Konzept. Es gibt keine Rezeption sondern einen offenen Bereich mit Lounge und Restaurant in einem. Sehr freundliches Personal, es ist immer jemand in der Nähe und ansprechbar.
