Rien, nous avons pas pu rentré dans l’appartement, mes enfants, mon épouse et moi. L’appartement n’était pas prêt alors que nous sommes arrivés à l’adresse à 16h30 c’est à dire 30 après l’heure du checking. Après plusieurs tentatives à essayer de contacter la personne c’est seulement à 17h30 que nous avons eu un message de sa part. Et elle avait oublié que nous arrivions à la date de notre réservation donc l’appartement n’était pas prêt et nous a demandé d’attendre encore une heure ... avec mes enfants très fatigué du voyage, on est allé dans un hôtel ...aujourd'hui on attend le remboursement de notre argent. On part ce jour même déposé une plainte au commissariat..

− We are absolutely dissatisfied with our stay in the apartment. As previously mentioned, the apartment did not meet the standards described in the advertisement. The beds are far too small and unsuitable for two people. Additionally, the apartment is not clean. The sofa is very dirty, and most of the duvets and duvet covers were filthy. The toilet does not function properly, and the bathroom was dirty and poorly ventilated. The apartment is hot, and there is only one air conditioner in the living room. The bedrooms only have fans, which are not enough to cool the rooms. The price of the apartment does not reflect what you actually get. We informed the management that we needed an extra mattress because the beds were too small. The management did not accommodate this request and said it was not possible. The apartment is absolutely unsuitable for more than three people. Eventually, when we expressed our desire to leave the apartment, the management said it was possible but that we had to vacate within 15 minutes. As a result, we were not given time to find alternative accommodation and were forced to stay in the apartment.
