The property was in a nice and quiet location. It was easy to access via the lockbox. The beds were quite comfy though the bedding could do with upgrading. The kitchen was equipped with ample appliances.

− On arrival to the property, there was a high step to access the building also the front door leaked water when it was raining resulting in the water pouring into the reception area. There was not enough crockery at the property for me and my family do re meal time so we had to improvise. The sofas could do with upgrading to more comfortable ones and the bedding could do with updating even though the beds were comfy. Multiple light bulbs at the property did not work including the living room and the outdoor light and as I am visually impaired, this was particularly frustrating. The bathroom at the property is very dated and the sink has not got a suitable tap resulting in water splashing all over the floor becoming a slip hazard as well as the shower splashing water on the floor it could all do with updating. The advert for the property advertised the hot tub in a courtyard and even though this is the case it is a short walk away from the property and up a steep staircase resulting in anybody with mobility issues having difficulty accessing the hot tub very misleading. The headrest on the hot tub were all broken and multiple jets did not work on the tub, which was also very disappointing. As the tub is so far away from the property itself, it resulted in my daughter not being able to use it without supervision and myself not being able to use it independently due to my visual impairment and difficulty using the steps and particularly in the dark due to safety issues again very disappointed. considering the money we paid for this property, it was very underwhelming and not particularly private due to the other cottages attached privacy was minimal. And even though they are areas for pets to be run off lead these are not well advertised and did not know they were there until we were leaving.

Good location, dog loved it.

− Broken cold water tap in the bathroom, having to brush our teeth in the kitchen every morning.

Comfortable bed. Decor was nice in lounge/kitchen. Lovely kitchen. Quick response when something wasn't quite right. Directions were spot on. Quiet location.

− The hot tub was too high to get in or out of if you're shorter, it needed steps. The terrace and hot tub was too far from the door up steep poorly lit steps, so didn't eat outside 😥 Nowhere for a dog or young children to be whilst adults are in the hot tub so we had to take it in turns to stay in the property with the dog. There is nowhere to exercise the dog locally: The enclosed lawn at the back wasn't accessible from the property only from the one nextdoor! Shared front lawn made it difficult to use. Hot tub controls were broken so only one position had jets. No shaver socket in the bathroom so couldn't recharge shaver or toothbrush. Bathroom flooded from shower and basin taps.
