2.0− On arrival we had not received the door lock number, we was advised that payment had not been received, after more than 5 calls back and from between booking,com and the host, the guys finally got into the property! to find the cooker didn't work, they had no bedding..! I am now being told that the deposit is being kept! with two pictures sent to me, with a rip in a blind which i do not believe was relating to our stay and the key not being returned in the key box (which i was aware of and had text the host to advise it had been left under the mat.. ( i can understand a small charge for the key, however having said that with all the extra calls and no bedding and no cooker you would of have thought this would have not been a deduction of £200!)
