Mooi huis, met vele gebreken

Prachtige lokatie en uitzicht, mooi huis, tuin en prima zwembad

− In het huis is alles aan vervanging toe. De koelkast was stuk en moest ter plekke vervangen worden. Dit had voorkomen kunnen worden. Fatsoenlijk douchen is niet mogelijk. Verder was er buiten een gaslucht te ruiken als de cv ketel aan stond. Gevaarlijk dus. Gezien al deze tekortkomingen is het niet echt een villa te noemen.
