My wife loved the complete privacy for sunbathing and taking beautiful photos. Our kids had an amazing time swimming in the pool and playing in the large outdoor area. I especially enjoyed the nearby beach with its crystal-clear water and great snorkeling. The host was very caring, friendly, and always quick to help whenever we needed anything.

Ondanks dat we laat op de avond aankwamen en dit ook nog op grieks-ortodox goede vrijdag viel kwam Marios, de eigenaar van 7 seas, ons verwelkomen en ons een uitgebreide rondleiding geven. In de koelkast stond water klaar en heerlijke typisch Griekse koekjes. Dit zegt voldoende over de gastvrijheid van Marios. De lijntjes voor informatie of het doorgeven van bijzonderheden zijn kort. Marios had ons uitgenodigd voor een activiteit ivm het paaslicht in de kerk van het dorp. Mijn man was lopend naar het dorp gegaan maar werd na afloop netjes door Marios bij het appartement gebracht, de weg was onverlicht en daardoor niet veilig genoeg in zijn ogen. Het huis werd de 4de dag van ons verblijf netjes schoongemaakt en er stonden weer koekjes bij thuiskomst. Op de dag van vertrek woedde er een storm en er was daardoor een gedeeltelijke stroomstoring ontstaan in de regio. Marios heeft direct geprobeerd de oorzaak te achterhalen en het op te laten lossen door een electricien. Een top service!

Absolutely the best villa we’ve ever stayed in – pure luxury and so much heart! We travel a lot and have stayed in some beautiful places, but this villa truly set a new standard – it was by far the most luxurious and thoughtfully designed home we’ve ever rented. Every single detail had been considered, from the curated lighting you could adjust to suit your mood, to the beautiful and highly functional layout of every room. There was a real sense of care and intention behind everything. The location was stunning – private and peaceful, with breathtaking views over the ocean, the mountains, and endless olive trees. The saltwater pool was crystal clear and such a treat to swim in. The kitchen was modern and practical, with everything we needed (and more), and we were welcomed with a fridge full of fresh fruit and drinks – such a kind touch. But what really made our stay extra special was Mario, our host. He was simply exceptional – warm, responsive, and full of brilliant local recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and things to see. If we ever had a question or needed anything, he replied instantly and sorted it out with such grace. PS: …and just down the road is the most amazing beach (with itsy bitsy tiny stones instead of sand - super comfortable to walk in/lay on but easy to brush off..;)

− Usually, I find myself full of suggestions for improvement wherever we go – but here? Honestly, Mario had already thought of everything. It was one of the most relaxing, luxurious, and heartfelt vacations we’ve ever had. We will absolutely be back. If you’re looking for a place that combines high-end comfort with warmth, charm, and true hospitality – this is it!

One of the best villas, 5 Stars! We booked it for our family holiday, and it was super great. The owner war very polite with us, and always responded quicky to all of our questions. When we came, there already were some beverages and snacks in the fridge, and it was very pleasant because we were really hungry. The villa is breath-taking. Everything was clean, air conditioner was working fine and there were shampoos and shower gels. The rooms were spacious, with new furniture. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need and even more, like a blender, juicer, toaster and professional Swiss knives. There even was a party JBL which we used 24/7. The view was unreal, the pool area is perfect for best pictures). The owner Marius brought 2 cakes as a compliment and in the lasy evening he came by and enjoyed dinner with us, talking about business and Greece. Super interesting+ a lot of new facts. The only minus was that sometimes it was a bit windy. I recommend it with all my heart and for sure we will come back again!
