Massive Villa with the most beautiful views
10.0First this place is amazing. It's hugely more spacious than the photos lead on. We could have probably had another family or at least in laws come with us and not feel crowded. The best thing about this place is the location. You have tremendous views of the whole region of the Mediterranean to look out on every night. While there are plenty of lovely places to go out to eat in Massa and the surrounding area, make sure you have at least two meals at home in this place because your experience here is better than in any restaurant you will find. Francesca was prompt and helpful getting to know this villa.
− I would say that my bit of advice relates primarily to getting to the location. I was able to get myself up to speed on Italian driving but getting down to the villa is a downhill challenge. So do not feel bad if you need to get local drivers to get you in and out with a private driver for your time or taxis. Parking is tricky but doable. I had an MG EHS small SUV so use that as a reference of what you can park in there. Make sure to listen to Francesca about putting the chain back up when you come and go so that people don't park and block you in. It didn't happen to us but I am sure it would have. This is some very desirable real estate for going to the rocky beach below.
