9.0Great location and situation with awesome views over the creek and to Dartmouth. House was very comfortable and well appointed with high quality finish. Also had aircon which was appreciated in the recent heatwave.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful property.
10.0Location was perfect, looking out towards Dartmouth. House was a great size for 6 of us, with large outside terrace.
− Quite steep steps from roadside gate to pathway, difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Guestbook advised to switch off the inside security camera but we couldn’t find it.

10.0Location was perfect, right by a river looking towards Dartmouth we saw some wonderful sunsets and the lights of Dartmouth made for a great evening backdrop. Fully equipped for all requirements, everything you would need. A superbly decorated and modern house with plenty of room for all to relax in comfort
