Overall a very comfortable property that is well located for Tenby town and beaches. It is not ideal for dogs though due

− Was advertised as suitable for dogs - however there is not anywhere for dogs to go to the toilet at the property - there is only a very small paved area at the back and dogs are not allowed on the grass at the front (as signposted and as a neighbour was very quick to inform us on our arrival).

10.0Perfect for a peaceful, well located getaway. Only a 5-10 minute walk to the town centre and beaches, Merlin gardens is superbly located. The property was extremely well equipped and, if our stay had been in the summer, there was a lovely exclusive seating area at the back. Situated in a cul-de-sac, it is quaint, picturesque and quiet.

10.0Everything. It was so clean and the beds were very comfortable. Excellent location for the town.
− Only very minor negatives. The garden isn't great although it didn't affect our stay. Also the back bedroom was so hot, a fan would have been good.
