− Decoration needs updating. And could be cleaner and no tv apart from logging in to your own subscriptions (should be on details of property)
House in good location.
7.0Size of property and location. Great for swimming in the pond and walking by the sea.
− No ironing board and the tread on the stair carpet was worn with the gripper rods poking through thus causing a cut to my wife's foot. No serving bowls in the kitchen and dirty pans in the cupboard.
A few things could be improved, but overall an extremely enjoyable stay
9.0Breakfast not applicable Location was wonderful, with the beach coastal walk park and cafe on our doorstep.
− No recycling bags or food recycling bags provided. Lack of instructions as to where to dispose of rubbish. We had to look around outside to find out! Downstairs windows had no curtains or blinds!
A great location for friends and family to catch up.
7.0Location and separate living room for teenagers was great
− It wasn’t very clean when we arrived. The plates weren’t washed just stacked in the cupboard. The floors weren’t washed. The toilets had been cleaned and the beds were clean and comfortable so it would t be fair to say it was completely dirty, just some elements. There were no recycling bags.

8.0No broom to sweep the floors. No pegs for the clothesline. Folding clothes airer would have been helpful. Top floor rooms extremely hot due to the boiler located up there and it is summertime.
