Very clean and modern. Very quiet little cul de sac, easy to park. Despite being told there wasn't a freezer, there was!

− No wardrobes in the bedrooms but third bedroom had all the wardrobes. 10am check out is much earlier than expected usually 11am in other places we've stayed. Only one towel per person for a three night stay, anyone staying there should take their own towels.

The location for what we needed was excellent

− It was clean but the floor hadn’t been cleaned and with the very high temperatures ants had getting in and were all over. We informed staff but ended up buying some insect repellent from shops and cleaned them all up ourselves

The location was exactly as specified in the description - in a very quiet neighborhood. It was a beautiful location! The place was clean and updated, and the couch was comfy! The kitchen had plenty of pans, utensils, and plates/glasses. The bedroom (main with ensuite bathroom) was comfortable and clean. I liked the room with all the closet space to put our clothes and shoes away, and the large vanity was a great place for me to get ready for the day. Overally, it was a fabulous place to stay; we felt like locals!

− This negative portion may seem long, but it really didn't ruin the trip one bit. I just wanted to make sure I mentioned the issues so the hosts and the property management company can address them. The property management company sent me an email with the wrong lockbox code, so it was really frustrating trying to get the key. I reached out to them (not knowing it was the property management company), and they responded with the same number. Finally the hosts must have received the notification and sent me the correct code. It was just frustrating because we had arrived after a red-eye flight from the US, and my brain wasn't properly functioning anyway. I just wish I could have spoken directly to the hosts in the first place; would have saved a lot of frustration and time wasted. I also didn't like that some of the "basics" you'd expect weren't filled - dish soap, garbage bags, paper towels. I tried to use the oven, but it never did heat up. Yes, I'm an American and our appliances work differently, but my son lives in Gloucester and he was the one trying to get it turned on with no luck. Maybe there needs to be a manual for the guests?

Location is awesome, decor fabulous - nothing to dislike. Perfect for the 3 of us.

− Maybe adding some trees to the back garden at some point to give a little more privacy at some point as garden is very bare but functional. And access to a vacuum cleaner would have been handy as we wanted to clean property before we left - we ended up borrowing one

It was fine.
