There are lots of nice places and nice people in Ravello, This is not one of them.

Avoid this place at all costs. Property owner does not care about his tenants. I tried to cancel this reservations 9 months ahead of time. ( A couple days after booking) due to the face that he was falsely advertising this property (we tried to book this place and the one next door, what do you know they are the same place under two listings). Not only was he unwilling to work with me but there is no way to contact him directly. The phone number listed under his name is to some random lady who used to work for him. My family was forced to book a separate reservation while I was luckily able to get a friend to take over half of the reservation yet I was still out the 800 euro. If he hadn't listed this place under two separate names this wouldn't have happened but instead I have to pay for this. Do better

− hot tub had no water in it. Property management will bug the hell out of you the entire trip when they want to get a good review. They seem to forget what a nightmare they were to deal with leading up to this trip.

Amazing memorable stay. Highly recommend. Will be back

Light and bright - great usable balcony with dining table and spa and very central to square ,overlooking famous garden and amazing view

− Sometimes noise from neighbouring hotels if windows open but sound proofed when shut and can use air con which runs effectively

Was there for a wedding - had a great time and the property was great would stay again

Very convenient location, lovely roof terrace. Francesco was extremely helpful and responsive to all our questions

We liked being far from the busy crowds in a peaceful part of Ravello. Loved the neighborhood cats! Nice spacious patio.

In a nice quiet area, a short walk to the main square. Property was clean, nice patio. The property manager was extremely helpful and responded quickly to messages. Was nice to have a washing machine after traveling for a long time.

− The jacuzzi didn’t get hot or even warm, and it was a selling feature on why we stayed there. Didn’t get to use it. No shelves in the showers, soap and shampoo were in tiny packets. It would have been nice to have a sofa in the living area, as the chairs were not comfortable. The tv didn’t work in the main living area. (We didn’t ask the host resolve this as we had a short stay).
