− Muy ineficientes en la atención. Demoraron mucho en explicar como acceder al edificio y como acceder a la habitación . La persona que nos atendió por teléfono no sabía y desconocía bien el procedimiento de apertura de las puertas . Esperamos mas de 2 horas para poder entrar Nadie nos atendia en el teléfono y los mensajes

− Unser Apartment wurde 2 Stunden vor Anreise umgebucht auf ein kleineres Zimmer ohne Balkon obwohl wir mit Balkon gebucht hatten. Keine Entschädigung. Kommunikation war auch nicht gut.
