Lovely stay, don’t book extras through hotel.
9.0Stunning villas and rooms. Very beautifully curated. Massage on the rooftop was great! Beds very comfortable and clean.
− Staff communication was poor. Kept on asking the same questions. Also booked a snorkeling trip through the hotel, which was extremely poor. Broken equipment, latched together boats. Lunch was below average on the trip as well. Just poor. And also asked for 3 scooters, then scrambled to give 2 scooters, one clearly a worker’s scooter. Both unwashed and without helmets.
Beautiful villa and overall experience.
10.0Beautifully designed villas. Nice and private. Tucked away down a laneway so away from the noisy main road but very central to all the action. Yum brekky included. Staff were very responsive and excellent to deal with. Overall a great experience.

9.0we really enjoyed our 4 night stay at konkret. the staff were really helpful and the villa itself was very large and comfortable. the breakfast and food in the restaurant was very nice - we would stay here again :)
− there was some construction next door that we werent informed about for the first 2 days, but then it stopped so it was ok.

Luxury in central Kuta
10.0Super clean & beautiful. Amazing staff. Flat whites delivered to our door with a quick WhatsApp message! Close to great restaurants. The on-site restaurant was excellent too!
− It was pretty pricey but they did at least back that up with high quality fixtures and service.
