Property was nice, good kitchen and entertaining area, nice rooms and bathroom

− The view shown in photos is not the view you truly get, looking out over construction. Rooms smelled of sewerage from the pipes Pool was slimy and unclean Wifi hardly worked Beds were rocks When offered a refund for the time unused due to these and promised multiple times it was processed the booking manager decided they didn't want to refund the money. Even after 3 months of disputes through my bank

The pool and the view. The host is responsive.

− The cleanliness needs to be improved!!! I understand that it’s dusty because of the construction but I didn’t think that the construction would be just right beside the villa and the workers can just watched you in there. The gate doesn’t have a lock, and even though it has it’s still not secured because it looks unfinished. There was a gap on the wall that can fit a person, so someone can just go inside. One night we got surprised that a truck just came and driver just suddenly opened the gate without even explaining why so I had to message the host about it. Apparently it’s a water supply and so I had to message the host. she was sorry that we were not informed. The helper was there all day, I appreciate the thought that he was there just in case we need something we can ask for his help. I just wished I was informed about it because with his presence there it made me feel like we are being watched. We rented a villa so we can have some privacy but it did not happen. All the towels were dirty and stained, they gave us new ones but dark in colour so I don’t really know if they were really clean. The drain in the master’s bedroom’s toilet stinks. You can smell it in the room. The host said the technician will have a look at it but I didn’t see one. Just the helper looked at it. Maybe he tried to fix something in the room, i didn’t even know if he knows where the smell was coming from. They do not have enough cutlery for 8 people. We obviously booked ahead of time so I assume there will be enough utensils for us. Lack of cooking equipments too. The cupboards were filthy. There were cats in the area as well, we just saw them eating our food on the table. On our last night, the lights on one of the rooms won’t turn on. Both body wash and hand soap in the master’s bedroom were empty. Shampoo’s, conditioners and toothbrush were not provided. We brought our own toiletries but I was expecting these simple things were provided the same as other villas we have been...

Comfortable Facilities, but Significant Issues Impacted Our Stay

What we appreciated most about the accommodation were the facilities. The house is well-equipped, providing everything necessary for a simple and comfortable stay. Despite the numerous issues we faced, we want to emphasize that the receptionist was very attentive and always tried to help us.

− Unfortunately, our stay at the accommodation was quite uncomfortable due to several issues: 1. **Insufficient cleanliness and security:** The cleanliness of the house was below standard, with visible examples that I photographed and will detail below. Additionally, we felt extremely uncomfortable with the presence of construction workers on the same property. They spent the entire time staring at me and my friends while we were at the pool, which made us feel so unsafe that we had to request help from the host. We were a group of five women traveling alone, and this situation was very unpleasant. 2. **Constant noise:** The noise from the surroundings was a major inconvenience, disrupting our rest. Although this may not be the hosts' fault, the presence of several construction sites around the area made it impossible to enjoy any peace and quiet. 3. **Water shortages:** The water supply ran out twice—once shortly after our arrival and again at night—which caused further inconvenience.

It was a perfect experience in every way. Very charming and beautiful view and surroundings. The kitchen is a great option for cooking.👌🏼 The host was so kind, helpful and accommodating.❤️ I recommend to anyone who wants to escape from the fast-paced city but without losing comfort.😀 Thank you for the great accommodation and helpful communication. 😊
