8.0The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our first room was very large and beautiful. We had to switch to the second room that was smaller because there was a leak in the first room.
− The check-in process was very long and tedious. There were many guests coming in from the cruise was only one person checking everybody, and she was amazing and had patience and took her time, but it was very crowded people checking in and people checking out with only one person.

4.0− The receptionist was very rude! She hollered at us and wouldn't accept my confirmation #. I had to wait 3 hours for her to confirm. I had a bug in my bed.
