10.0Everything... It's my 5th time here
The area is quiet and I like it
9.0I like the cleanliness, the serenity, ranging from The gateman to the staff are nice people, but the only thing they need to improve is putting refrigerator in the rooms and allowing the air conditioner to run all through . The put the air by 10.pm and fan in the day time . Other than that, they are are wonderful .

Misleading staff, poor conditions, and a serviced apartment that could not be locked
1.0Honestly, nothing. The property was in poor condition and did not match what was advertised. On arrival, the room looked unpleasant and was not up to a basic standard. The staff member we dealt with was unprofessional and, in my view, deliberately misleading.
− The biggest issue was deception and safety. When we realised the room we originally booked was not acceptable, the staff member offered a “serviced apartment” instead and took us to view it. The flat looked larger and had two bedrooms, a living room, and a small kitchen, so we agreed to move. However, she failed to disclose a critical issue: the flat door could not be properly locked. After check-in, instead of providing the correct key, she handed us a key labelled for a completely different flat. We immediately raised concerns because the label did not match the serviced flat. She insisted it was the right key, which made me even more suspicious. What worsened it was that when she originally showed us the flat, she used what looked like a card and acted as if she was tapping it on a fob system to open the door — creating the impression the entrance was secure and functioning normally. Once we checked in, we decided to take the family out for lunch. When we left, I closed the door and tried to ensure it was properly locked. To my shock, the door opened again. I tried several times and realised the locking mechanism was not working at all. When I asked about it, I was told the door had been broken for months. The staff member then dismissed the concern and said the flat was “safe” and we could leave the door like that — which is completely unacceptable. No family should be expected to stay in a flat where the door cannot secure your belongings or your safety. We immediately asked to speak to a manager. The manager was polite and agreed to a refund. I also explained the misleading behaviour of the staff member. The manager then claimed she was “not their receptionist,” which raised another serious concern—because she was the one representing the property, handling the check-in process, and calling the manager throughout the entire interaction. So whether her title is receptionist or not, she was clearly acting as staff. we left immediately and did not stay ..
