5.0Its a good looking hotel, but scratch the surface and you find out what's wrong! Not good at all
− No cleaning of my room. Breakfast was 10 minutes walk away and the menu was, if I'm being charitable, sparse.. whilst others around me are a decent breakfast off their 'normal' menu in the same café!! Nowhere to hang any clothes. Bedside lights that were ridiculously large so had to be placed on the floor for fear of them falling. No TVs in the rooms (I mean I've never stayed even in a lodge in the mountains without TV!) (management say this is to prevent noise which is just rubbish!) No form of service whatsoever. No bar, no drinks, nothing, just a room and a plunge pool Front of hotel bolted shut from 5pm daily. I was in Costa Rica for 3 months and every other place I stayed felt like good value for money. This felt like it was massively oversold online and overpriced in reality for what it delivers. I submitted this feedback to management before submitting it here, only to get batted back with weak answers and poor excuses for a rubbish performance.
