10.0El personal muy atento. Llegamos de urgencia en las noche ( ya que tuvimos un problema en otro alojamiento) y Catalina nos atendió de manera excelente, muy atenta y considerando todo lo que necesitábamos. Todo el personal igual, muy atento, y resolviendo cada pedido.

− En mi habitación se filtró el techo del baño y se inundó ,me cambiaron a una habitación más pequeña donde no funcionaba la calefacción.
