10.0Excellently located hotel right in the centre of Pucón. Staff are all lovely. Bathroom was perfect, with a good shower. Good breakfast and if you’re lucky (like me) your room will have a view of the volcano. Highly recommended.

10.0A charming place to stay, central for everything in Pucón. Friendly, helpful staff and comfortable room with a great shower. A very nice continental breakfast is included in the price. The only drawback we found was the difficulty parking nearby, which was largely due to our time of arrival. However, this did not spoil our enjoyment. We would happily stay again if visiting the area.
