10.0I can’t recommend Laura enough! We arrived late at night, but the check-in instructions were so clear and well organized that we could easily check in by ourselves. Everything was spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful. The complimentary coffee was a lovely touch, the area was quiet and perfect for a good night’s rest, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. A very comfortable and hassle-free stay!

10.0Ho apprezzato tantissimo il set di benvenuto di caffè, panna da caffè, thè e biscotti, acqua in frigo. Davvero un gesto carino. Non pensavo che la camera venisse pulita ogni mattina, davvero carinissimo il tutto.
