− Location : Extremely difficult to find and very isolated The location of this property is incredibly remote. It is far from any shops, restaurants, or transport links. Getting here was a major challenge; the directions were unclear, and it took us a very long time to find the place on our first day. It is inconveniently far from everything. Service : poor service and no support in an emergency. Due to flight timings, we arrived late at night. After finally finding the remote llocation, we struggled to open the glassdoor inside. We messaged the staff in our dedicated WhatsApp group—which had 9 employees in it—but not a single person replied or offered to help us. We were left stranded outside with no support. The lack of basic communication is shocking. Space and facility : While the rooms are spacious, the swimming pool and green areas are extremely small and the pool was quite dirty, making it uninviting. The facilities throughout the villa are dated. For the same price, you can find much larger, cleaner, and more modern villas in Seminyak. Between the remote location and the lack of upkeep, this was not worth the stay. We experienced two power and water outages during our stay, which was very frustrating and inconvenient. To their credit, the staff were thoughtful enough to bring us a cake as an apology. I appreciated the kind gesture

8.0Good spot near Bingin Beach and close to all other well known beaches around the area. 10 min walk to shops but easier to get a Grab scooter / rent. Super clean and modern style of accommodation. Away from the main busy streets. Great place to relax by the pool in warm weather. Beautiful outdoor lounge area (enough shade and sun). Place supplied plenty of clean drinking water for our stay. 4 aircons that help keep the place cool. An amazing place to stay. The team who looked after us were very helpful and answered our questions promptly.
− It was an amazing stay but if we had to be fussy: about a 20-30 minute walk to beach. Kitchen is clean but could have a bit more equipment. Occasionally the supplied condiments (coffee / salt / peper) weren't refilled appropriately - but this was a very minor problem.
