Do Not Stay Here! Ripoff!
1.0The most positive aspect of this hotel experience was the decision to leave early and find a safer, more suitable place to stay.
− This hotel did not meet the expectations set by its advertisements. The lobby and hallways were poorly maintained, creating an unclean and unwelcoming atmosphere. The in-room televisions were non-functional, providing no reception for the duration of our stay, making them essentially just wall decorations. To make matters worse, the hotel abruptly shut down all its amenities, including the restaurant and bar, leaving guests without essential services. The rooms themselves were extremely bare, lacking basic conveniences such as a refrigerator and a coffee maker. There were very few amenities overall, making the stay even more uncomfortable. The most concerning issue, however, was the complete lack of security. I felt unsafe throughout my stay and was unable to sleep on the final night due to serious concerns about potential break-ins or theft. Upon checking out, the hotel refused to issue a refund for the nights we did not stay, despite the deteriorating conditions. This experience was not only disappointing but felt like a deliberate misrepresentation. I strongly caution others against booking a stay at this establishment.
