10.0⸻ If you’re visiting Chile, this is a wonderful place to stay and truly relax. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure you have the best experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and perfect for resting. The food is delicious, and there are plenty of places to explore nearby, making your stay full of great memories you’ll want to come back for.

6.0Greeted nicely (but they forgot the "welcome drink") provided with a nice room, but it looked out at the parking lot and was near the main walkway...so had to keel the blinds down. The location was amazing with beautiful views of the ocean from high on a hill, with two pools (not heated) and hot tubs, a small bar, lounge area, both outdoor chess and checker boards, and a lovely restaurant with amazing food (and live entertainment at dinner). The only real issue was we had no hot water for out showers.
