I had a great holiday. The apartment made it even more special.

The location was really like being in Cyprus; there were no bars, restaurants, or tourist attractions, so we really felt like we were experiencing the authentic Cyprus vibe. The apartment was very nice; it had a good feel, and everything we needed was there, for example, washing-up liquid and toilet rolls. It has lovely furniture, a modern, stylish vibe. I would definitely recommend it and certainly stay there again. Kitti is close by, which was nice to visit. I liked walking around the area. You need a car if you want to go to the beach. We had a great holiday.

− Did not stay as property had not been cleaned (disgusting) and there was no electricity, spent 2 hours on the phone to accommodation manager and booking.com with no resolution. All this when it was getting dark no lights 35deg Heat and ran out of water. We were left homeless for 4 nights at this point, nothing accommodation manager could do for us other than leave, no support from booking.com and was forced to pay 4x times the cost for last minute alternative accommodation for me my wife and 2 children. Been home 4 weeks now and still not received a refund, they will not respond to booking.com to authorise it. They are still advertising the property showing lack of quality control, very poor from booking.com I FEEL LIKE I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED and booking.com do not look after loyal customers, my whole holiday was booked with them (6 bookings for one holiday) Property is in need of some repairs not like the photos.

− Apartment D204 – Feedback Upon arrival, we found the apartment in an unacceptable condition: The apartment was very dusty and not clean. There was no running water from any taps. Although the host eventually resolved this after several WhatsApp exchanges, we had arrived late and needed to shower and rest. Instead, I had to book alternative accommodation for the first night. The beds were not made. Bed sheets were left damp on the balcony to dry. The ashtray on the balcony table was full of cigarette ends. The apartment had a strong damp smell, particularly from the en-suite shower room. Floor tiles were raised in certain areas. Unfortunately, this caused my daughter to cut her foot and my mother to trip and fall. The washing machine was left full of dirty laundry. A kitchen drawer was full of loose nails, posing a serious hazard, especially for children. The apartment lacked privacy, as the blinds had to remain closed most of the time. Additionally, just 24 hours before arrival, we received an email from the host advising that no more than two appliances could be used at once, otherwise the electrics might trip. This was not mentioned at the time of booking, and being told this last-minute was unreasonable. I did not expect to spend my holiday monitoring appliance usage. While I understand that the cost of the apartment was relatively low, I still expected basic standards to be met — namely, cleanliness, functional utilities, and made-up beds. Unfortunately, these issues meant our stay was far below what should reasonably be expected.

Das Appartement ist eigentlich sehr nett. Aber die Kommunikation mit Sygrisis ist eine Katastrophe- 1 Bad und 1 Schlafzimmer hatten von Beginn an kein Licht - der „Manager“ hat uns nur hingehalten… Am vorletzten Tag ist im gesamten Appartement der Strom ausgefallen - ohne Licht, Kühlschrank und Klimaanlage war das echt ne Katastrophe- vor allem mit 2 Kindern… Und das „Management“ hat exakt nix getan. Selbst die Unterstützungsversuche von Expedia sind gescheitert - wir hatten bis zur Abreise keinen Strom mehr. Sorry aber selbst bei einem relativ günstigen Appartement sollte es ein Mindestmaß an Service geben.

The location is convenient if you know what you are looking for. It's near the sea, next to a big village and the town. I had to get in touch with the staff and the lady on the phone was polite and seemed to be willing to help with my problem.

− I am not hard to please, honestly, you can check the rest of my reviews. Unfortunately, the apartment didn't meet my expectations. It was not very clean. Bed sheets were stained and there was one broken piece of furniture. All appliances were 2-pin plugs with no adaptor to plug them in. I was told there was an adapter somewhere but I did check twice with no result. The air-conditioning unit in one of the rooms was also broken, and everyone knows how necessary air conditioning is in Cyprus during summer. I did contact the staff, and the lady was very polite and willing to help. She heard my concerns and explained that she will do her best to help and try and fix the problem with the air conditioning unit. Unfortunately I had no more updates.
