1.0Due to the bad conditions we didn’t check in . We need full refund please and also compensation because we had to go and look for good place to stay in and we had to pay more money . We thought the landlord will contact us to refund us but unfortunately he didn’t

− The apartment was really dirty. Hair everywhere, dirty wall and more. We really didn't want to stay there.

1.0− Bucătăria foarte murdară, cei care administrează proprietatea nu răspundeau la telefon. Am avut probleme cu siguranțele, nu am avut aer condiționat din acesta cauză și nici apă deloc. De asemenea am găsit gândaci în casă. Geamurile de la living și bucătărie erau extrem de murdare. Am încercat în nenumărate rânduri să luăm legătura cu propietarul și de fiecare dată ne-a spus ca va veni cei care se ocupă de menaj să ne aducă ce aveam nevoie. Am cerut un cearceaf, unul dintre paturile din cameră nu avea, nu l-am primit până la plecare. Am rugat de asemena să ne aducă un feon de păr și la fel a spus ca îl vom primi de la menajeră și nu l-am primit până în ultima zi. Hârtie igienică nu am avut în baie. Ușa de la baia mare se bloca și nu reușeam să o închidem, dacă o închideam rămâneam blocați în baie. Din păcate acesta proprietate nu este deloc ceea ce trebuie.
