10.0It’s a breathtaking beauty and pictures don’t do it justice. It’s the perfect stay for family or a romantic getaway. This is our second time and won’t be our last! Santiago makes check in and communication very easy. Don’t think twice and place the booking before it gets booked

10.0The property looks just like it's pictured. It's an amazing view. It's nice to have access to the hotel below, but it's not really walkable. It is if you want a cardio workout, the steep climb is tough even when you're in shape. I did it once and it was a hard climb/walk. So much to do in the area and even though we were there in the rainy season we were prepared and didn't let the rain stop us.

10.0The view is out of this world! Amazing view of the volcano and it was the most peaceful and serene surroundings. There's nothing like sitting in a hot tub looking at a volcano. We loved the access to all the amenities of the Los Lagos resort too! We were so sad to leave, it did not disappoint. There wasn't anything we disliked, only wish we had booked 2 bedrooms because we are a family of 4.
