8.0Room has no Microwave. Toilets seat cover was broken. No coffee/tea spoon, Tv channels are boring.

6.0I loved that the security at the gate was detailed. There were numerous security guards and soldiers with guns. They searched every car entering the premises thoroughly both underneath the car and in the trunk. Staff were very helpful , responsive and friendly.

6.0There was no meal choice with breakfast. What they serve (eggs in tomato sauce) my husband could not eat and I was allergic to tomatoes

8.0Internet services need to be improved on. My room was changed twice due to internet connectivity. Aside that, it is a good place to stay. Food prices can be lowered, too expensive for now.

10.0I had an exceptional experience at this hotel. It is immaculately clean and quiet, it situated in a safe environment. The staff members: Vivian, Esther, Deborah, Emmanuel and Timothy were very courteous…Thank you! I highly recommend this hotel.
