8.0The ambiance, the location, the breakfast selection was brilliant and the rooms are absolutely fantastic. I love the hotel and will definitely be back. The Canteen Manager (sorry i don't remember his name) was so professional and really nice. I had a bit of mix up with the breakfast for my friend and he was so professional and very pleasant at sorting it out.
− I liked everything about it except that i thought more attention needs to be paid to every little details. The ceiling in my room seemed like it was uneven and there was a bit of stain and loose tiles. I think with that, things should be fixed as soon as they're spotted and not left till they completely fall apart especially for the standard of the hotel and what is being charged.

9.0I loved this hotel , location is great!! The room size is comfortable and spacious. The view of the lagoon is impeccable. Fireworks made it even better. Multiple elevators, huge hotel, central area, housekeeping is great, and Huge pool area!
