10.0Funcionários solicitos e preocupados. Instalações modernas, confortáveis e perfeitas pra quem quer apenas relaxar com uma vista fantástica. Café da manhã não tem milhares de opções mas é delicioso e ainda pode ser servido no quarto.
− Nada. Talvez um repetidor Wi-Fi no corredor dos quartos, já que o sinal fora do prédio principal é fraco.

A very good choice for Santa Cruz
8.0This is very solid choice for Santa Cruz. Location is great, rooms are spacious, great AC and it was hot so that mattered, generous with water and nice happy hour with free wine for a few hours , nice choices for breakfast though the process took time, the people who work here are truly hospitable and very kind Only a few downsides, it is on a busy road so hard to go for much of a walk, and they were not very flexible for breakfast starting times - we needed to leave early but no option to have a slightly earlier breakfast

8.0So I’m here again giving my reviews of hotels on our Chile tour! The welcome by George was fab and a lovely glass of very decent wine as a welcome drink hit the spot! We booked a room with a tub on the balcony. The room was great as was the view. The hotel needs a little upgrade outside but the rooms and the food was good and for the price it was good value. We’ve stayed in 4 hotels so far and this is our favourite for value for money and customer care. great stop over if heading south.
