Overpriced for what was offered:
3.0ease of parking
− Overpriced for what was offered: - a patio door facing a construction site and children playing, forcing us to keep the curtains drawn even during the day - noise from conversations after 10:30 PM in the breakfast room (which adjoins our room and requires zigzagging between tables to access) - the sound of footsteps overhead until well past midnight -an unplugged heated towel rail -a basic breakfast - beds facing each other (causing light issues) -and a very "threatening" guest information booklet. In short, we didn't like this place at all!

A great , comfortable location very convenient for Kirkwall, and everything on the mainland.
10.0Great location, very clean and spacious with en-suite bathroom. Flexibility and warm welcome was also greatly appreciated as I arrived late at night at very short notice.
