Don’t waste your money, go else where
1.0− Upon turning up there was an unpleasant smell in the kitchen and bathroom, couldn’t really open windows as the neighbours a few doors down was sat outside smoking weed. After a nearly 3 hour road trip of course my 4 year old needed to go toilet, only to find no toilet roll. We then proceed to get the sofa bed ready for the evening only to find it was broken. When we eventually got the bed up it was uneven and uncomfortable, the bedding provided was heavily stained and there was a stain on the sheet of the main bed. Through the main living space there was a carpet incorrectly attached to a carpet gripper which was incredibly sharp and completely unsafe for my 1 year old. We booked a travelodge and left the property. When leaving, we bumped into the owner leaving loo roll on the door step 4 hours after check in. We explained we weren’t happy and leaving the property, pointed all these things out and although he didn’t see a problem with the carpet grippers(?!), he did agree the rest wasn’t up to standard/wasn’t good enough. He encouraged us to make contact for a refund through booking.com for a refund and of course days later he declined it even though the property was unsafe for my children and completely gross. I wouldn’t waste your money on this place. They don’t care about your comfort and safety, just lining their pockets! 👎🏼
