6.0The location is good. In the heart of GRA and close to the airport.
Your staffs, Your food and every other thing was okay. But your supervisor was an Idiot.
9.0The staffs are very well behaved and I enjoyed my 9days of staying.
− Your supervisor. He should be seriously cautioned or better still replaced. He's not worthy of that position. I was in ur hotel with my wife for straight 9days, Using ur Deluxe room valued for #59,500 per night. An Uber driver brought my wife back to the hotel one evening and mistakenly hit your soccerway when he was trying to reverse his car. Your unserious supervisor came out and told him to pay for it. Despite the fact that he knows very well that it wasn't a deliberate act. And above all. The driver brought in one of your customers. My wife called me on phone and told me about it. I came downstairs and told your careless supervisor to let the driver go and that I'll pay for it myself if necessary. Your supervisor called me to come downstairs the next morning and demanded #26,000 from me for a bag of cement and workmanship. This is something that didn't even take more than 6 handful of cement. But he came asking me to buy a full bag of cement. WHICH I DID. I paid him for a full bag of cement and also paid for the work manship. That was totally wrong and a bad reputation to your hotel.

− Depite the rom i lodged was such a fantastic room i feel its over priced .Secondly the view from my room window was not so impressive

Disappointing
4.0− I overpaid due to some situations that were escalated to the hotel. Even though they promised that they would, they have yet to issue my refund. So, no, I didn't enjoy my stay or my interaction with them.
