Modern, well kept, inviting and large parking made us come back and stay a 2nd night
10.0It was near the water front, clean and bright with plenty of parking, and the room(s) we stayed were large and comfortable( we had 2 separate stays here during our time in Chile. The staff was kind and gracious and provided room service one night when we were under the weather

10.0Modern, bright, and right near the waterfront. We enjoyed our first stay and booked another stay while in Chile. Staff were very helpful and enjoyed their menu options for dinner one evening. Also, plenty of parking

Good to know
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.
To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

Our hotel is NON-SMOKING, and any guest who violates this rule will be charged a fine of US$250.
