Abandoned
1.0− Turned up after a 6 hour journey into our honeymoon, to find the place closed and abandoned. A notice from villagers on the door to say that the owners had left. It had a number where a lady answered and then told me to leave her alone. Shame as looked nice. Fri eve of Glastonbury weekend trying to find accommodation. Thankfully there was lovely couple who put us up. Booking.com customer service was shocking, all AI, no person in the UK to speak with to solve the issues. Very upsetting.
