10.0Mala plaza nalazi se odmah ispred zgrade. Skroz je komotno bilo za nas i nase prijatelje.Dobrodoslica u frizideru je stvarno dobrodosla kada u jutarnjim satima ne rade prodavnice.
− Stigli smo nocu i po mraku je bilo tesko pronaci broj zgrade, ali brzo svanulo, pa smo se snasli.😉

2.0the only good thing i can say about the property is the location-very close to the sea.
− One of my worst experiences with renting apartments, and I am a genius 2. Terrible service takes hours to come back to every request or complain. The remote of the parking didn't work so we needed to walk to the apartment each time and till the check out It wasn't fixed. The details of the internet didn’t match the details in the instructions given once you made the order. Luckily booking supported me in refund for the last night so I could leave earlier.

8.0Appartement sehr gut ausgestattet, genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Über WhatsApp bekamen wir exakte Info ( Routenplan, Schlüsselsafe,....). Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist nebenan. Für größere Anschaffungen ist der Metro empfehlenswert ( 5 Autominuten). Ein sehr schöner Sandstrand ist in 2 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Um das Nachtleben in Protaras zu genießen, empfiehlt sich Mietauto oder Linienbus ( super Verbindung).
− Man muss sich vorher auf einer Homepage registrieren ( inkl Kreditkartennummer + Geheimzahl). Es ist eine Kaution von 300,- zu hinterlegen, falls man Schäden hinterlässt. War uns nicht bewusst. Nachdem ich mich geweigert habe, meine Daten zu hinterlegen, kam die Betreuerin direkt vorbei und wir haben es über "Kassa" direkt gemacht. Innerhalb von 72 Stunden nach Abreise, war die Kaution auch wieder retour. Es hat alles letztendlich geklappt . Störend war etwas die Aussicht vom Balkon: gegenüber direkt ein Hotel bzw. wird eifrig gebaut, daher manchmal Lärm.

9.0The location is perfect to reach the beach, seaview. Very clean, charming and cosy, fully equipted, Welcoming presents was big nice surprise.

10.0The location, 3 minutes to the beach, very clean, the beds were great, 3 minutes with the car and you have a lots of restaurants. Quiet place.
− Paper towels and extra toilet paper would be great.
