10.0This is a really nice guest house. Very clean and comfortable. My room had a comfortable bed, armchair, desk and stool, ensuite bathroom and kettle with tea and coffee. It was very quiet, and it is a nice part of Wick to stay in.

Noisy guests at 3 am
6.0This was the second time I'd stayed at this property, but since my last stay there has been a change in ownership. I was sent check-in instructions via text message and didn't see staff on arrival. Unfortunately, other guests left doors open, making me worry about the security, then I was woken at 3 am and 4:30 am by noisy guests, flashing lights in the corridor and doors banging. Fortunately, this only happened on one night out of three, but given my experience I don't think I would stay here again. The room itself was very small, you can't fully open the door without it hitting the bed and the bathroom is a bit dated. The bed was comfortable and there was tea and coffee making facilities in the room. No breakfast was on offer during my visit. There is on-site parking.

6.0Room Only in a quiet residential area, close to a nice clifftop walk. Clean, but basic , small and soulless. Did not meet live in owner.
