4.0Room had ceiling leak in the night despite work being carried out to fix it days before. Shoes were full of water and the room was very damp- carpet soaked. Was not informed at check in and when complained was told they could do nothing about it as we had booked through a 3rd party. Check in was chaotic and payment had tried to be taken before it should have been ie it was pay at the property
