تجربة سيئة لا تليق بضيوف
1.0تجربة سيئة جدًا. تم منعي من الدخول عند الوصول رغم وجود حجز مؤكد، والشقة ما كانت جاهزة وفيها أعطال ونقص واضح في التجهيزات. كمان واجهت إزعاج مستمر عند الدخول ومنع غير مبرر للطلبات ووصول السواقين. الخدمة ضعيفة والتعامل غير مهني، وما حسّيت بالراحة طول فترة الإقامة. لا أنصح به نهائيًا، فيه تشكيك طول الوقت وقلة أدب: 1- أول مرة جيت رفض البواب يدخلني وقال ما فيه شي اسمه بيرد نيست، وقال هذي تعليمات الإدارة. طلبت أتواصل مع الإدارة ورفض تمامًا، لدرجة شككني في نفسي وفي حجزي، وكان واضح حاقد وكاره بدون سبب.بالرغم من وجود صورة الحجز ورقمه لكن مازال رافض الدخول حتى اشتكيت للاداره 2- كل مرة يدخل سواق أوبر أو أطلع يتم رفض الدخول أو الخروج إلا من بوابة هم يحددونها، وكل يوم بوابة بمزاجهم وكأنهم متفقين، وهذا سبب لي إحراج مع سواقين أوبر. مع العلم لو الموضوع أمان، الدخول من بوابة 1 أو 4 عادي، وهم أصلاً يسحبون الرخص، لكن الأسلوب كان واضح فيه تطفيش وتقليل وتشكيك وكره. 3- أي سواق يدخل أو سواقتي، حتى لو عطيتهم الرخصة، ما يكتفون ويسألون عن الغرض، ويرفضون إلى أن أتصارخ معهم. بعدها يدخل السائق ومعه الأمن يشيّك على الأغراض اللي باخذها أو أعطيها. 4- النظافة: إذا أنت ما نظفت وما شريت منظفات، ما فيه أحد ينظف لك. 5- اشتكيت أكثر من مرة وطلبت إلغاء الحجز، لكن كل يوم تزداد قلة الأدب والضيافة والاحترام ولا حياة لمن تنادي. ما كملت الحجز وطلعت وباقي لي 6 أيام. باختصار: أقذر وأسوء تعامل ممكن تتوقعه، واللي عنده احترام لنفسه ما يروح لهم.
