− The initial clean could have been better but nothing major, maybe if there was a vacuum cleaner would have helped, but not a deal breaker.

Regrettable , vulnerable and pathetic

− I departed at Cairo International Airport at 11.15am. I tried contacting the property owners but they were not reachable at all , even their whatsup messages still 4pm . I was stuck in Cairo . They then latter contacted me using a number which is not on their account saying you can come,my friend will give you keys . I felt my safety was compromised . A day before I went to Egypt they also sent me a message that I should pay an additional 5000 Egyptian Pounds to Carter for property damages . This was my first time being disappointed by using booking.com .

− Honestly nothing. Maybe adding some trash bags or a couple of dishwasher tablets would be perfect.
