8.0Staff were very helpful and nice. We had an issue with our shower but it was quickly sorted. Meals taken at the pub were freshly cooked and lovely. Breakfast was left in your room and when you needed more you just had to ask downstairs. For the money we paid it was fair value

8.0Quaint old pub with carpark across the road, didn't open until 4pm for check in. Room was clean and tidy and owner very helpful with very good in house dining options. Rooms were upstairs with no lift. Could hear passing traffic at night as hotel on main road.

6.0The room was above the bar so could hear people talking. Floor very creaky. Dated decor. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Food was lovely.

4.0The room had no heating and nowhere to unpack our cases off the floor [ except on the bed]. The room was clean and was provided with a TV, but breakfast was basic and cold and eaten in the room. Redecoration was urgently needed . Overall a bit dissapointing.

10.0I booked as was working nearby and liked the look of the place and price was really good Room cosy clean and comfortable Good shower and loads of snacks and drinks such as our orange hot chocolate coffee and tea selection Only downside the kitchen wasn’t open so recommended a local pub

8.0Just an overnight stop off for us before heading home from a weeks holiday. Quiet, clean, nice people. Food available in bar. A continental breakfast left in the room for you. Plenty there including drinks.
