10.0Fantastic breakfast, nice evening in the pub playing darts and having a couple of drinks! great hosts!

2.0Check in was awful. Seemed to be ignored by staff and once in room was full of spiders.TV not working and staff didn't know how to sort. Terrible WiFi reception almost non existent. Breakfast service terrible having been asked what time I wanted it no one around for at least 20 mins
