10.0Incredibly Sean and Saff were soooo welcoming, friendly and attentive, modern spacious accommodation, every little need is thought of. breakfast was out of this world! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this beautiful little gem. We will definitely be returning next year

10.0Very good breakfast with plenty of choice.Loved the option of specially cooked evening meal. Every extra one could want in the bedroom. Particularly liked iced water in fridge and fresh milk for my tea and coffee. .Very close to A1 so ideally placed for my journey over the Pennines to east Cheshire.
− Would love a downstairs bedroom option as i am disabled and have dogs but worth the effort of clam ering up the stairs on all fours. Very helpful owner.
