10.0Great stay again although bit of a wait for dinner considering the amount of people in the restaurant
Little Gem ideal for Brands Hatch
10.0I try to stay here when working at Brands Hatch as it is just so convenient. Room are spacious, with great facilities, eg power points, fan, desk, sofa etc. Bed is very comfortable for a decent nights sleep and the rooms are very quiet. Great shower in the morning. Great food in the restaurant downstairs. Things to note, the car park is fairly small and if the restaurant is busy parking when you arrive in the evening can be tricky. Service this time in the restaurant was VERY slow on one of the three nights where it took an hour to be served the starter. There was a group in the following evening who didn't get their meals (despite having pre-ordered) until gone 9:30. That being said the food is worth waiting for. The final point is the Rising Sun Inn doesn't serve breakfast or evening meals on Sunday.

4.0Positives - staff were friendly. Negatives - we had to swap rooms as Bed was broken, no signal, sheets were dirty and TV didn’t work Orders food at 5pm - it took one and a half hours to cook four burgers and a scampi - I had to ask the staff in the end.

8.0Staff were fantastic. As a result of a late ending to racing I was too late for the evening menu. A short phone call to the Pub ordered sandwiches for when I got back. They were ready for me as soon as I got in.
