So difficult to find, no signs. We had advised of our late arrival and yet nobody was at the guesthouse. We had to wait for the help of a bypasser to help. When a lady finally came, she had not the key in her possession. It was a very chaotic organization

This place has a rooftop restaurant that has an amazing view of the Nile. The room was fine, the food good, and overall a wonderful place to stay in Luxor.

Great location and amazing room with great and helpful staff. It can be a little difficult to find the entrance door but everybody on the island is very helpful. The little ferry runs every 10mins for only 10£. Great stay. We would come back!

Pontos positivos - A acomodação possui instalações em boas condições de conservação. - O anfitrião disponibilizou gratuitamente uma garrafa d’água, uma barrinha de chocolate e um refrigerante para cada um de nós. - O chuveiro é muito bom e havia água quente abundante. - As camas são confortáveis. - A internet funciona muito bem. - A iluminação do quarto é muito boa. - Havia máquina de lavar à disposição dos hóspedes por um bom preço e o anfitrião deu uma lavagem de roupa de cortesia. - Há dois restaurantes muito bons ao lado da acomodação. - A localização é muito boa, ficando na frente do píer de onde partem os barcos para o outro lado do rio. Pontos negativos - O banheiro não tem box e quando se toma banho o piso fica todo alagado. - O vaso sanitário fica muito colado de frente para a parede e uma pessoa de maior estatura teria dificuldade em utilizá-lo. - Não há toalhas de banho, apenas toalhas pequenas. - Não há suporte para as malas. - Muito mosquito no quarto, mas o anfitrião disponibilizou um dispositivo eletrônico para espantar os mosquitos que resolveu o problema. - Os cobertores não estão previamente arrumados sobre as camas, cabendo aos hóspedes fazer isso. - Ar-condicionado muito barulhento. - Armário sujo e cheio de poeira. - Não há frigobar no quarto, mas o anfitrião disponibilizou o frigobar da acomodação para que colocássemos os nossos produtos. - As vezes o anfitrião demora a responder as mensagens por WhatsApp.

We stayed overnight after a Nile cruise, opting to stay on the very “other worldly” Elephantine Island. No traffic here or bustling markets or street hawks. Step back in time hundreds of years. And yet you are 5 minutes from downtown Aswan across the river. And Crystala Guest House is at the top of the short flight of steps (or ramp) from the ferry jetty. The owner came down to meet us off the ferry and walk us to the guest house, and arranged and prepaid the taxi to the airport for very early the following morning. Our triple room was immaculately clean. Very simple and basic but had everything we needed, including power adaptor, and does have AC if required. A short stroll from a couple of small restaurants and bars and there were dozens of market stalls in the narrow alleyways of alternative food and drink options required. Highly recommended for the service, the reception, the cleanliness, location and just “taking a step back” from the 21st century to recharge!

The room was very clean and modern with all facilities working well ...although located in the old district close to restaurants,ferry and shop on Elephantine Island ,the room was modern secure and easy to access and very quiet...the owners and staff went out of their way to be of assistance...I would strongly recommend this hotel
