8.0very nice place loverly person who booked me in nice quiet place great parking

OK if your standards are low and you are that tired that the soft beds and hot rooms don't worry you
4.0The welcome from the owner was very friendly. The location is right next to the A43 which is handy to get to Silverstone racing circuit.
− This hotel is probably ok for some lads visiting the British Grand Prix and only using it to crash. It is not a place to take your wife or girlfriend. It is literally next to a very busy dual carriageway. The owners have installed very effective triple glazing to keep out the noise but the downside for a 20 degree night in summer is that the rooms are unbearable hot. They provided a small fan which helped a little but we didn't get much sleep. The room is clean but tired. The beds are very soft. We left each morning at 6 am so didn't try the breakfast and were too tired to eat at night so can't comment about the food.

9.0The owners were really friendly & did everything to make you feel welcome. Food was excellent.
Disappointed
5.0The location was good for the purpose of our visit. However, the hotel was advertised as having an on-site restaurant and bar, but both were closed during our stay, apparently because the staff were on holiday. Having these facilities available was important to us, so this was very disappointing. If we had known about the closures in advance, we would not have booked this hotel.
− The staff were very nice and friendly. However, this hotel should not be advertised as offering breakfast or dinner, as these services were not available during our stay. The hotel is also located very close to the motorway, which made it a bit noisy at night.
Not as stated
4.0Nothing
− Hotel was dated compared to the photos shown on site. Lots of builders materials out front. Restaurant was closed due to staff going on holiday - I booked this as it stated there was an onsite restaurant. Room was very small for 3 people. Bathroom so small you couldn't move without bumping into the shower.
Adequate and underwhelming
4.0No breakfast because the staff had been sent home due to lack of guests.
− The hot water wasn't hot enough in the shower.
