10.0The room is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The food is amazing, so much variety. Staff are friendly and make sure nothing is needed. The hotel aesthetic is very simple yet beautiful
− The sea is quite shallow, which is normal for the Red Sea. Underwater shoes may be needed as there are some rocks and corals that need to be navigated.
Il True Beach è un posto magico
10.0È la terza volta che torniamo in questa struttura ed è sempre un piacere, il personale accogliente e gentile, gli spazi ben curati, attenzione maniacale si particolari, la cura del verde merita un applauso, per non parlare della qualità del cibo, ottima la pasta e speciali le pizze! Un ringraziamento speciale al sig.Abdallah Nassar della reception, per come ha gestito le ns richieste per risolvere un piccolo problema con il volo che avevamo prenotato

7.0Resort bellissimo ,camere magnifiche con pulizia e igiene molto accurata oltre la media.
− Ristorazione pessima, colazione ,pranzo e cena completamente da rivedere per il servizio. Alla mattina ci siamo ritrovati spesso con la macchina x caffè e cappuccio in assenza o di latte ( in polvere) pranzo buona la postazione pasta il resto molto discutibile, la sera la situazione peggiorava con il personale poco attento spesso si entrava si richiedeva il bere e arrivavano a fine cena ancora in attesa del bere, mentre chi da subito elargivan qualche moneta veniva servito subito. Spesso anche il manager utilizzava lo stesso approccio. Il ristorante con orario di apertura alle 19:00-21:30 noi siamo arrivati alle 20:45 molte postazione erano vuote e non sono state ripristinate , banco dolci era vuoto ed è rimasto vuoto. Un ringraziamento allo staff della spiaggia con lettini sempre ordinati zona spiaggia sempre pulita molto attenti all'ospite, compreso staff bar beach. Animazione nella ns settima completamente assente.
