− There was no hot water. The AC was broken. I asked for another room but they all gad the same issue. I had to sleep in a hot room, no AC, no fan. Only slept 4 hours. I could feel the springs of the mattress in my back. I requested a full refund. Why do you allow scammers like this on Booking.com?

− - kein warmes Wasser, erst nach langer Diskussion hat sich das Personal gekümmert - Ameisen im Zimmer - Ameisen, Würmer, Geckos in Badezimmer - Klimaanlage ist laut - Kommunikation nur mit Google Translate möglich, da Personal kein Englisch spricht - bitte genau lesen, ob es ein Gemeinschaftsbadezimmer ist oder ein privates - wenig kooperatives Personal Wir hatten eine lange, intensive Diskussion über eine Gelderstattung, weil das geplante Zimmer mit eigenem Bad nicht nutzbar war wegen Ameisen. Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad bezogen. Als wir die Differenz von den Preisen der Zimmer zurückhaben wollten, sind wir auf völliges Unverständnis getroffen. Erst nach der Kommunikation mit drei Telefonnummern haben wir Geld erstattet bekommen
